About Flip Construction
Having worked in the residential construction industry for over 10 years, in 2020 Flip Construction started out on their own. We began by serving real estate investors by fully renovating homes that needed to be updated before taking them to market. Now, we still flip houses for our investors, but we also do projects for individuals and families that are looking to update a space in their home. Whether its just some fresh paint, new flooring, or an entire kitchen or bath remodel, we love making our clients dreams come true!

From concept and design, to preparing to start the project, and wrapping things up at the final stages. We are with you from start to finish to make sure you are satisfied throughout the entire project.
Preconstruction Design
We will meet with you to discuss your wants and dreams. Colors, layout, materials, and details are what we focus on at this stage.
Design & Construction Estimate
Next we will take the measurements and everything we discuss and put together a detailed estimate. We can also prepare digital renderings at your request.
On-Site Work
This is the biggest part of the process where we complete all the work in a timely and professional manner. Ensuring your satisfaction along the way.
The Finishing
Touches
Now the best part! We wrap everything up, clean up and complete any final touches. Then you get to enjoy your freshly renovated space!
